Yes, this may come as a shock to you but, you seriously need to call your grandma to explain your product before talking to anyone else.
At least that's what Adi Azaria, founder of Sisense, said in his latest Masterclass on Inside Sales at Beta-i (read the whole article for more tips right
here). And, well, I can tell you, from my own personal experience, that's just a struggle. My grandma couldn't even understand what I do for a living.
