On October 7-8, we had the pleasure of hosting the world's largest cleantech business ideas competition, the ClimateLaunchpad Finals
in Tallinn, Estonia. This amazing event featured 80+ cleantech startups
from 30 countries. What ended up adding to the overall awesomeness was
the fact that the first place prize stayed "home" - an Estonian
cleantech startup Gleather won the competition! Photo: Maido Parv

In October, our attention was largely on cleantech as we hosted the world's largest cleantech business idea competition, ClimateLaunchpad,
here in Tallinn. More than 500 people, including nearly 90 startup
teams from 30 countries came together to compete and we're happy to say
that an Estonian team came out on top as Gleather, working on producing
leather-like material out of gelatine, won the competition! See the
photos from the event here and hear the entertaining podcast that was made on the spot here.
On another note, this month we're organising the Tallinn Startup Week
that is coming up on the 14th-20th of November! Some of the biggest
local startups are opening their doors for meetups, workshops, office
hours and more! Stay tuned here!
Have a great October and keep up with being awesome! :)
