We’re busy putting together the final touches on what’s going to be an amazing few days at Web Summit. Before you arrive, we have a few updates for you.
Opening Night tomorrow at 5:30pm in the MEO Arena An incredible group from around the world is joining us for our Opening Night, including Hollywood actors, some of the world’s most famous footballers, musicians, political leaders, technology entrepreneurs and more. We’ll be kicking off at 5:30pm, but we'd recommend arriving a little early to guarantee your seat. It's a great way to meet fellow attendees before our first Night Summit begins at 9.30pm.
The Portuguese Prime Minister has invited some incredible young people to join us in the audience as part of our Inspire Program. These young people are aged between 16-23 and are Portugal's future engineers and entrepreneurs. If you're sitting beside someone young, say hello, they'll really appreciate it.
Pre-registration You can register in the airport until midnight tonight, or from 6am to midnight tomorrow. Alternatively, you can register in the venue from 10am tomorrow. Find out all our registration times here.
AMAs at Web Summit For the first time at Web Summit, we're hosting live AMA sessions with a number of the amazing founders, executives and sportspeople speaking at our events. If you'd like to join a session, just sign up here and we'll enter you into a draw for a place.
Pub Crawls If you signed up for a Pub Crawl this year, we’ve sent emails with all the information you need to meet your group. Our Night Summit venues are open to all attendees from 9:30pm till late - make sure you check them out!
Facebook Live We'll be streaming five of our stages on Facebook live each day during the event. If you have friends who couldn't make it this year, they can see some of our talks on this page.
Finally, we’d advise you to plan your week ahead of Web Summit. Use the schedule function in our app to plan who and what you’d like to see at the event.
We can't wait to see you.
