It was a great Summit, great people, weather, great city, great infrastrucutures, great entrepreneurs!!!

Thank you for coming to Web Summit! We've come to the end of another Web Summit. This year has produced some of the most challenging, innovative and diverse content we've ever hosted and we're delighted that we've been able to share it with you.

"It's inconceivable that Russia could replicate what we worked on" Matthew Freud grilled Cambridge Analytica's Alexander Nix about the morals of political data. Should people be scared about how much data companies have on the individual?

"Our world is in the early stages of a sustainability revolution" Al Gore appealed for action, for responsibility and most of all for hope, in an emotionally-charged and rousing talk to close Centre Stage. We're proud to say Web Summit closed with a passionate standing ovation.

Ready or not... Here he comes! Wyclef Jean joined us over at MusicNotes where he hosted a production masterclass this afternoon. It didn't take long before everyone was on their feet with some of Wyclef's classic hits.

PITCH winner! This year, we added a fourth member to our judging panel - you. Our three finalists were Lifeina, Jauntin' and We Are Water. We are delighted to announce thatLifeina took the PITCH 2017 title, as well as €50,000 from Mercedes-Benz. Well done!
