investments and Model Documents

Hey y'all

May has been a crazy month! Leading with the ''second Christmas'' of our startup ecosystem, Latitude59 gathering more than 2500 participants and some great investment news: Transferwise raised $292 million, valuing the company at $3.5 billion which makes it the most valuable fintech in Europe. The funding round gave existing shareholders (many of which are employees) a way to cash out, making 33 new millionaires. RangeForce, the leading cybersecurity skills platform for security and IT teams raised 1.5 million USD and Tallinn-based smart floor heating startup Smart Load Solutions also raised capital.

Since 2017 Startup Estonia has had a landing page dedicated to resources, developed in cooperation with Estonian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (EstVCA) with the aim of promoting industry-standard legal documents in Estonia, so startups and investors can focus on company and deal with specific matters. We would like to improve the documents with your help! Please 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 about the Model Documents and get a chance to win a ticket to SLUSH
