Tamo Junto.

NL-2020-06-30
Have you ever been to São Paulo?
Me neither. Until today.

Today we’re kicking off the Latin American Module of Starter Business Acceleration and São Paulo is the background city for three intensive days of collaborative innovation.
We’re not going to lie: this whole what happened to the world situation is turning plans upside down, all travel arrangements included. But once again, we’re making our way.
And our way took us to digital São Paulo this time, to reunite ten top startups with solutions for the energy industry with the utilities EDPEDPRTurningTables and Verbund. They will be working closely to bring a spark of innovation to the energy sector and we’re eager to see the outcomes.
Starter Business Acceleration will have two other modules coming up - North America and Europe - to continue exposing the most innovative startups to deal opportunities, and creating direct, personal connections with the program partners. For now, we’ll “meet” in São Paulo where we’ll be hosted by EDP Brasil. EDP will show us around and let participant startups know what the local ecosystem is all about.
I’ll make sure to actually go there one day, but I’m truly glad that it doesn’t take a plane to get us to meet and create, together.
Tamo junto.

Ps. From a whole different area of Brazil, I came across this wonderful video for Gilberto Gil’s birthday. I hope it can make your day as brighter and energized as it did mine.
