Call for Papers Regional Scrum Gathering® Portugal 2016   Submit your abstract today!   The Regional Scrum Gathering® Portugal 2016 will be one of Scrum Alliance's worldwide flagship conferences in 2016. This will be a tremendous opportunity for you to connect, share, and learn with the Scrum, Lean, and Agile community in Europe. Eduardo is a Software Engineer at Celfinet, a DevOps advocate with a special interest on Infrastructure as Code, and a Database administrator with a particular focus on SQL Server management and optimization. Always ready to learn and implement database source control, database continuous integration and continuous delivery techniques, Eduardo is a DevOps believer and prosecutor who sees automation as a business priority. His mission is to relieve the delivery pain inflicted by the Agile process, in other words, deliver as fast as possible in order to achieve a good balance between business goals and business deliverables.
